Hidden Veggies Bolognese

Ingredients:

 

  • 500g mince meat
  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • 1 large zucchini (grated)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • Half a jar of Passata sauce
  • Parsley to garnish

Method:

  1. Brown mince in a RACO Minerale pan
  2. Add garlic and stir
  3. Add all vegetables and cook until softened
  4. Add Passata sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Serve with penne pasta or pasta of choice and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. ENJOY!
