6 ingredient herb and cheese easy pull apart loaf

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 egg

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine the yoghurt, self raising flour and olive oil in a large bowl.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Pour onto a chopping board and knead until a dough is formed.
  5. Add the herbs and cheese and mix well.
  6. Divide into 12 small balls and roll.
  7. Put the balls into a nonstick loaf pan.
  8. Whisk the egg.
  9. Brush the tops with egg.
  10. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes:

Freezer friendly.

Substitutions:

  • No oil? Use melted butter
  • No self raising flour? 1 cup plain flour plus 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • No mixed herbs? Use whatever herbs you've got
