Ingredients:
- 500g mince meat
- 2 carrots (grated)
- 1 large zucchini (grated)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- Half a jar of Passata sauce
- Parsley to garnish
Method:
- Brown mince in a RACO Minerale pan
- Add garlic and stir
- Add all vegetables and cook until softened
- Add Passata sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve with penne pasta or pasta of choice and garnish with fresh parsley.
