Stir Fries are the ultimate go-to dinner; quick, easy and super customisable. We love starting off by creating the perfect sauce for our Stir Fry. Here are 5 of our favourite Stir Fry sauce recipes…

All you have to do is combine the ingredients and add to your stir fry ingredients whilst they are cooking! If you find the sauce is too thick, just add a little water and if it is too thin, thicken it up with corn starch! Try and experiment with different quantities of ingredients to personalise the sauces to your taste!

TERIYAKI

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1.3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Corn starch to thicken
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • Optional= 1 tablespoons minced garlic

CHILLI SOY

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 small chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

SWEET & SOUR

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cornstarch to thicken

LEMON & GINGER

  • 2-3 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • The juice of 1 small to medium sized lemon
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch to thicken

SPICY CLASSIC

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Dash of peanut or sesame oil
  • Corn starch to thicken
